•Our service visit intervals are per manufacturers’ recommendations.

•Customers with Service Protection Agreements are given scheduling priority in accordance with the plan purchased — with guaranteed responses times of 24, 48 & 72 hours.

  • Includes:

    • One annual PM. Call out, labor & travel included

    • Annual service parts (filters & compressor kits)

    • System health check

    • Compressor servicing

  • Includes:

    • One annual PM. Call out, labor & travel included

    • Annual service parts (filters & compressor kits)

    • System health check

    • Compressor servicing

    • Travel & labor for one additional visit per year

    • All additional parts charged at 15% discount

    • Guaranteed 72-hour response
